Refund Policy
You may request for refund within 45 days of your payment. The refund will be granted subject to terms and conditions of the company.
- The amount will be refunded subject to 15% cancellation charges.
- Soft technologies solution will not be responsible for payment towards penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service.
- If you want change of service from one service to another service you should send request within 5 days from the date of payment. The refunded will not be granted in such cases.
- The refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after getting all required information from the client and same will be credited directly into the bank account.
- Any delay beyond our control due to the policies of the government and rejection of the application form rejected by the government department ,in such case request for refund will not be granted.
- If the request for refund raised during the time ,the work is completed and intimated through email communication and in such case refund will not be granted.
- The refund will be considered only on the part of clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from soft technologies solution.
